Customizing Feedback Pages
Make your feedback page feel like home! Add custom colors, styles, and text to let your customers know that you're the real deal.
You can add custom social media links to your Feedbump feedback page from the social media links panel.
Managing Feedback Categories
Feedback categories allow you to sort and organize your feedback efficiently and effectively. Feedbump Premium allows you to create and configure up to 5 categories at a time (more support coming soon).
To add a category, select a category from the Manage Categories dropdown.
After selecting your categories, they should appear in your project categories view.
Here, you can rename, remove, and reorder categories to fit your business.
